1. We reserve the right to terminate a sale at any point during the sale.
2. Rabbits must be paid in full before they leave our possession.
3. We can not guarantee the show placing, quality of offspring or the reproductive ability.
4. We do not sell bred does. We may sell a brood doe which means that it may contain a disqualification such as overweight. We inspect each rabbit before sale to ensure that they are free from DQ's before the sale according the ARBA standard of perfection. It is YOUR responsibilty to check the rabbit before you leave with the rabbit. After the rabbit has left our possession it is not our responsibility to ensure the rabbit remains disqualification free. These are animals they can change day by day, we can only state what it is at the time of sale.
5. All rabbits are in good health at the time of sale. If the rabbit becomes ill 10 days post sale do to our negligence then we will offer you another rabbit of same quality, however if the rabbit becomes ill due to your negligence there will be no exchange of any kind.
6. We require a 50% deposit to hold a rabbit. We will hold a rabbit for up to 10 days unless arrangements have been made. We will deliver any rabbit being sold to any show that we are attending free of charge.
7. All sales are final with the exception of number five.
